Refund and Returns Policy
1. Returns and Refunds
- Return Policy: Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, goods must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with the factory seal intact.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@set2buy.co.za. Once approved, returns must be shipped back within 7 days.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not refund shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled if the item has not yet been shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, the cancellation will be treated as a return under our Returns Policy.
3. Exchanges
- Exchange Policy: If you need to exchange a product for a different size, colour etc, you are responsible for both the return shipping costs and the shipping costs of the new item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Initiate a Return Request
- Request a Return: You can simply fill out the Return Request form in the Footer Section and we’ll take it from there!
